Consumer dispute resolution

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) pursuant to § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG), and we do not voluntarily participate in such proceedings.
